The worst and best trip to this store just completed. Someone needs to help these helpful, friendly staff. Two items were very difficult to locate, in store and when I tried yesterday for half a day on line. Everything that we bought, was because the staff went out of their way to look everywhere to find the missing items. We started with a sign saying that there were 9 left of a patio chair and table left, then were told they had these in Jasper store. Someone, after my wife inquired and me getting on the internet to check found them in the back on the loading deck. The gorilla transport cart was covered up by something on a high shelf. She said he got a cherry picker to get the product. Not a fun trip. Benny Waltz

I had a really great experience at this particular Home Depot, specifically in the paint department. I was helped by a gentleman named Marcus, and he was outstanding. He was personable, patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and didnβt rush the interaction at all. Itβs rare to come across someone who genuinely seems to care about helping customers the way he does. Honestly, he deserves a raise. Because of how impressed I was, I asked the cashier to call a manager so I could personally share how great Marcus was. Unfortunately, I waited about 10 minutes and no manager ever came. That part was a bit disappointing. The management team could really take a lesson from Marcusβhe showed exactly what great customer service should look like. Employees like him are what keep people coming back. Iβll return, just to see Marcus!

We were shopping for a cordless leaf-blower at a reasonable price; the store associate helped us find a Ryobi 18v 250 cfm kit that fit our needs. Model P21011VNM

Had a horrible experience with mulch delivery. While the delivery person was friendly and cordial, he obviously needs better training on the delivery equipment and stacking bags. In addition, it took 3 days of discussion with the Fairfield store manager to get credited for the busted bags. He actually didnβt do the credit as I called main customer service after he tried to tell me the delivery company HD hired should pay! I tried to call him and inform him of the corporate customer service action as was told by the CS desk that I would have to call him back in an hour as he had an emergency with his motherβs refrigerator he was working. I am so disappointed with the level and quality of service with this order! It is shocking the lack of customer support provided to pro account holders! I certainly hope this gets someoneβs attention and some training for their staff and management occurs! The negative impact on the ability to use the delivered product (even with the partial credit for busted bags) is disappointing! Every bag will have to be touched multiple times just to put it out causing increased time on the job, increased labor costs and not to mention the employee moral for ha
